As an instructional designer, I worked with two CHEM faculty on creating CHEM 101 and CHEM 102 Online (5 credits each) using the same textbook, two different virtual labs and FREE YouTube Content (like 3+ hours required viewing each week). It was the YouTube videos that were part of this course that help spread the word to other Nursing students. This presentation will show the conversations behind the scenes, what the courses look like, proctoring or not, and how "spreading the word" lead to bigger enrollments in these two courses.
